“HUD General Engineering Services Limited” holds the Group's land engineering business which has accredited with ISO 9001:2008 for providing mechanical and electrical engineering services and also been registered under the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works of the HKSAR Government. This diversification of business provides HUD the operational flexibility and a competitive edge to survive the changes in the volatile market.
In the aspect of Mechanical Engineering, we specialise in the installation, modification and refurbishment of heavy industrial equipment and plant processes; while in Electrical Engineering, we provide motor overhaul and rewinding, installation and certification of both HV and LV electrical and control systems. Under the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works, we have been registered for the category of electrical and mechanical installation for sewage treatment and screening plant (pumping stations); fabrication of steel pipe specials; fabrication of unfired pressure vessels; industrial type electrical installation; repair of motors, transformers and switchgear; and structural steelwork.
